So here are the photos of my tutor (who looked awesome) walking down stairs after being subjected to having her make up and hair done.

the objective was to re-create a Hollywood feeling to emphasize the emotional experience of Glamor.

This is the final photo of my experiment, I edited it to try and make it look more fashionable and "Hollywood"

Project 3 Glamour Experiment

So here we are at the end of the year and the end of the last project for this course. I do hope my tutor felt Glamorous during and after my experiment.

And that's the process of my experiment to create the feeling of glamor for my subject. Special thanks to the make up artist Caleb Vallance and hair stylist Sam Bennett who helped me with this project (I would be lost without you two)

Project 3

So for Project 3 we have to design and create an event or an object to create an emotional experience for one of the 5 emotions given to us to choose. I decided to do Glamor since last project I did Rebellion.

The idea I have is to re-create an atmosphere of Hollywood while walking down stairs. I plan to have my subject have her make up done by a professional artist (since I suck at doing make up) and then afterwards walk down a set of stairs while having her picture taken.

So...... I just need a yes from my tutor, a make up artist to help me and to figure out how, where and when to stage the whole thing.

Expermientation for project 2

So for this project we had to expand on our finding from our previous assignment and link them to a sensory design theme. I chose rebellion with walking doen stairs cause it sounded fun and we were told in the first class for this that no one seemed to want to do it (I like me a challange) So what I id was get a mate opf mine to walk down a set of up way escaltors cause it seamed to fit quite well to the theme. It took him a few tries and people ended up getting in the way which made it harder but also more fun so I guess it was a win. I found that doing this takes a lot of skill with speed, co-ordination and luck. the Idea was to show that up dose not really mean up if you choose to go down. rebelling against a pre-set direction on a moving object was to show how technology is controlling our lives.
